The vacuum feeding table consists of a set of perforated belts and two fans with the task of facilitating the operators during the linen feed phase; indeed, thanks to suction, the linen placed on the table remains stable considerably improving the feed quality and, as a consequence, the ironing result.

The automatic feeder is an accessory that allows a single operator to independently insert even very large items such as sheets. The dedicated clamps, suitably activated by the operator, automatically manage to place the item on the feeding table.

The length folds bypass allows the linen to be pulled out only ironed on the rear of the machine. This optional is absolutely essential if optionals are installed on the back of the machine such as collectors for small items, folders for small items or collection tables.

The rear 2-lines collector allows the collection of small items (napkins, pillowcases) from the rear of the machine. It consists of 2 work lines that are able to work simultaneously. The collector can be installed either on the left rear or on the rear right side of the machine (this information must be specified on the order form).

The rear 4-lines collector allows the collection of small items (napkins, pillowcases) from the rear of the machine. It consists of 4 work lines that are able to work simultaneously.

Double pressure on length folds is highly recommended when linen with high specific weight or thickness such as blankets need to be folded. Two types of pressure can be set: low pressure for standard linen and high pressure for heavy linen.

The linen reject is an optional that allows the operator to send a signal to the machine if the linen item is dirty or torn such that the item will be rejected on the front side without being folded and thus easily recognisable by the operator.

The standard electrical supply of the machine is 400V ~3N + T 50 Hz
Any other eletrical supply will be evaluated on request.

The rear exit is an essential accessory when the operator needs to let the laundry out on the rear of the machine. This accessory is also absolutely required when collectors for small items or folders for small items are installed on the rear of the machine.

The remote service system is an optional that allows the control, set-up and updating of the machine from a remote terminal. The customer must have available within the plant a high-speed Internet network.

This type of gas burner, composed by a infrared radiant system, offers greater efficiency and high heating performances that increase the productivity of the machine.

The rear motorised table is installed on the machine when the operator needs to manually collect the linen items from the rear of the machine. By means of this accessory, that ensures an exit height of the items of 860 mm, the manual collection takes place easily and ergonomically.
