The “ILC” series ironer is an innovative solution, the result of our continous technological research.

Thanks to its many accessories, the machine, in a space of only 18 sqm, feeds, irons, folds and stacks linen, including large items, supervised by only the one operator.

The ironing belts system ensures optimal ironing quality of the linen, while protecting the fabrics from mechanical stress.

The automated functions considerable reduce the productions costs, increasing exponentially the productivity.

The touch-screen panel, intuitive and user-friendly, makes it quick and easy for the operator to use the machine.

Equipped with an ergonomic introduction table that facilitates the manual insertion of linen, the machine can be customised according to a variety of requirements.

In fact, the customer can choose, based on operational and logistic needs, type of heating, diameter of the ironing roll, working width and the type and direction of the stacker.

It represents the ideal solution to optimise the entire operating cycle, improving the quality of the work.

Optionals

The vacuum feeding table consists of a set of perforated belts and two fans with the task of facilitating operators during the linen feed phase; in fact, through suction, the linen placed on the table remains stable considerably improving the feed quality and, as a consequence, the ironing result.


Thanks to the optional automatic feeder one only operator alone is able to feed very large linen items such as bedsheets. The dedicated clamps, suitably activated by the operator, are able to automatically place the linen item on the feed table. The use of this optional is only available if the machine is equipped with the vacuum feeding table.

The longitudinal folds bypass allows the linen to be pulled out only on the rear of the machine.
This accessory is absolutely essential if accessories are installed on the back of the machine such as collectors for small items, folders for small items or collection tables.


The rear 2-line collector allows the collection of small items (napkins, pillowcases) from the rear of the machine. It consists of 2 operating lines that are able to work simultaneously. The collector can be installed either on the left rear or on the right rear side of the machine (this information must be specified on the order form).


The rear 4-line collector allows the collection of small items (napkins, pillowcases) from the rear of the machine. It consists of 4 operating lines that are able to work simultaneously.

Double pressing on longitudinal folds is highly recommended when linen with high specific weight or thickness such as blankets need to be folded. Two types of pressure can be set: low pressure for standard linen and high pressure for heavy linen.


The linen reject is an accessory that allows the operator to send a signal to the machine if the linen item is dirty or torn such that the item will be rejected on the front side without being folded and thus easily recognisable by the operator.


The standard electrical supply of the machine is 400V ~3N + T 50 Hz
Any other eletrical supply will be evaluated on request.


The side stacker is an accessory that is used to stack folded and cross-folded items; the number of items to be stacked can be selected by the operator. Stacking takes place via a rotary blade that overturns the items creating stacks. It can be installed either on the left or the right side and with the conveyor direction either backwards or forwards (this information must be specified on the order form).


The remote service system is an accessory that allows the control, set-up and updating of the machine from a remote terminal. The customer must have available within the plant a high-speed Internet network.


The side stacker is an accessory that is used to stack folded and cross-folded items; the number of items to be stacked can be selected by the operator. The stacking of items takes place with a retractable pneumatic mechanism. It can be installed either on the left side or on the right side and with the direction of the output belt both forward and back. (This information must be specified on the order form). This type of stacker is more compact and less bulky than the blade type.


This type of gas burner, consisting of an infrared radiant system, offers greater efficiency and superior heating performances that increase the productivity of the machine.

The optionals can be installed on the models with diameter 800 and 1000.


The rear collection table is an accessory that allows the operator to easily collect the ironed items from the rear of the machine. To install this options it is required that the machine has the by-pass length folds (optional ILC003).
